Description: Fresh cheese and spinach tortellini, swimming in a luxuriously thick alfredo sauce, combined with the flavors of garlic, broccoli, mushrooms, and onions and topped with pungent, flavorful cheeses!
Ingredient List:
- Half a stick of real butter
- Costco Garlic olive oil
- ½ pound thick-cut honey ham
- 1 family-sized bag of Rana spinach and cheese or five cheese tortellini
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 pound of fresh white mushrooms, thick sliced
- 1 – 2 cups Broccoli, to taste
- Cheap Sauvignon Blanc, at least 1/3 of a bottle
- Two jars Rao Alfredo sauce, 15 ounce
- 1 Tbsp Fire & Smoke Holy Garlic seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Kinders, The Italian blend seasoning
- Kirkland Bellavitano Cabernet Sauvignon cheese, grated
- 1 pint of half and half or heavy cream
- Oregano and parsley flakes, to taste
Steps:
- Add onions and garlic olive oil to pan to brown
- Add mushrooms, ham, and ½ stick of real butter
- Add Italian seasoning and garlic seasoning to taste, at least one tablespoon each
- Add 1/3 bottle of white wine
- Set stove to high heat
- Add 1 pint of cream or half and half
- Add both jars of rows Alfredo sauce
- Add broccoli
- Bring to a rolling boil for 10 minutes
- Add oregano and parsley flakes to taste
- Simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally
- 5 minutes before completion of sauce, add tortellini to boiling salted water
- At the 20 minute mark, drain your pasta
- Serve tortellini hot, with sauce on top
Top with grated cheese and Merkén or red pepper flakes, to taste.
