Ingredients:
- 4 blackberries
- 3 ounces 1792 Bourbon Whiskey
- 2 Luxardo cherries on a skewer, 1 set aside
- 2 orange peel strips
- 1 ice ball
- Stirrings Blood Orange bitters
Directions:
- Wash your blackberries and place in the bottom of your shaker.
- Take the single Luxardo cherry and one oranges strip, and drop in the bottom of the shaker.
- Muddle everything together.
- Add 3 ounces of 1792 bourbon whiskey.
- Add a dash or two of blood orange bitters.
- Add a couple of ice cubes and stir it all together.
- Add your ice ball to your whiskey glass.
- Strain the fruit out of the shaker, over the ice ball in the whiskey glass.
- Garnish by rubbing the second orange peel around the rim, place peel in the glass and put stir stick with the other 2 cherries in the glass.
